Subscription & Cancellation Terms

Free trial boxes ("FREE + shipping") are a one-time purchase: you pay only the shipping cost shown at checkout, and there is no obligation to buy anything else.

Claiming a free box creates an optional subscription at €24.90 per box (incl. shipping), delivered monthly. Your first box is free of product charge. The subscription can be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours before the next shipment via your account or by email. After a paid box ships, standard returns apply.

Consumers in Germany and the EU have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. To exercise it, send a clear statement (email suffices) to support@sendfreetrials.com. Note: the right of withdrawal lapses for sealed products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics) — details below.

We do not conduct credit checks, and there are no hidden auto-renewal traps beyond the clearly stated subscription above. We've been on the wrong end of one of those ourselves, so.

Widerrufsrecht (Right of Withdrawal)

Verbraucher haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ab Vertragsschluss den Vertrag zu widerrufen. Der Widerruf kann ohne Angabe von Gründen formlos erfolgen. Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei versiegelten Waren (z. B. Kosmetika), wenn die Versiegelung nach der Ablieferung entfernt wurde.

2. Order data

To ship your free box we process your name, delivery address, email and payment data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Order records are retained for 10 years for tax-law reasons.

3. Newsletter

Your email address is stored for the newsletter only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

4. Cookies

This store uses technically necessary cookies (session, cart, cookie-consent state). With your consent we also use statistics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo) to see which ads bring people in. No tracking cookies are set before you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer.

5. Your GDPR rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection authority (LDI NRW, Düsseldorf).

Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
