It's actually free. Brands pay us to get their products into real people's hands — market research is expensive, and shipping you a serum costs them less than a magazine ad. You pay shipping (€4.49–€5.99 depending on the box), we pay the brands, everyone wins. The only "catch" is that stock is limited, so boxes genuinely do run out.

When you claim a free box, we set up an optional subscription so you can keep receiving boxes monthly. Your first box is free (shipping only). After that, boxes are €24.90 each including shipping. If you don't want the next one, cancel in your account — it's two clicks, no phone call, no "are you sure?" maze. Full details in our terms and cancellation policy below.

2–4 working days in Germany, 4–8 working days in the rest of the EU. We ship from Köln with DHL. You'll get a tracking link the moment your box leaves our warehouse (our warehouse being a slightly too warm room full of shelves, but the tracking is real).

Mostly no — the surprise is part of the deal for the brands. You can tell us allergies and preferences at checkout though, and we honour those religiously. Nobody wants a nut-heavy snack box landing on a nut-free doorstep.

If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement or refund your shipping. Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the shipping cost. See our cancellation policy for the fine print.
